Qualified Web Visitor —

Conversion Rate —
The number of visitors who come to your site and convert into customers, usually expressed as a percent of overall visitors. Converting visitors depends on how well you guide them from your landing page, through your web site in an effort to 'convert' them to a customer. Conversion rates vary, with the average rate being 2-3%. For example, if you have 10,000 visitors and 200 place orders, the conversion rate is 2% (100 orders / 10,000 visitors). By increasing qualified web traffic, you will increase the number of visitors you convert.
